No. Mokuzai is a scam. A lot of people got cheated of their money but couldn't do anything about it as the perpertrators probably have moved the funds offshore. The owner put up a very elaborate story about how he frequently travelled overseas, usually to Vietnam, for "business transactions" and "sourcing" of materials and buyers.
