Anyone heard of Evergreen Group Holdings? It generates a fixed return rate of 8-10% pa and payouts quarterly. Their core businesses are automotive and financing businesses. Need some insights on it.

I've heard of Evergreen Group Holdings, but it's always good to approach investments with caution, especially when they promise fixed returns of 8-10% per year. It would be worth looking into their financials, regulatory status, and track record before committing. Do you know if they are licensed or have any independent audits? High returns with regular payouts can sometimes be a red flag, so doing thorough due diligence is key.

They have been arrested recently.

I hope you can add in some points there to let fellow Singaporeans be careful of the other guy who got arrested, Desmond Sim. Evergreen holdings COO. He is not simple. He was from Infinity Treasures and I lost a lot of money thanks to him.

They do provide corporate guarantee for the plan. So if they choose to run, they are tied to pay off...
