Anyone has managed to convince your parents to let you manage their money to invest?

I think its easier to build your own portfolio, show the results to your parents and leave it to them whether they want to put in their money or not.

Probably better to share advice rather than help manage investment. Later lose all the hard earned money how???

Come on lah, unless I'm Warren Buffett I won't dare to ask my parents to let me manage their money. Later lose already really 对不起父母 leh.

You are their children, not agent. If you manage to profit, it's great. But if end up loss, that could be trouble. Focus on earning yourself. Can share with them good deals like SSB and FD which are less risky as a start and let them decide how they want to invest their money.
