Anyone has any stories of positive workplaces, supportive colleagues or great leaders to share?

I work in the data analytics field, and being able to communicate and discuss business problems in maths/stats language and symbols and numbers, without having to translate them to layman terms, was insanely satisfying. Everyone was skilled at what they do, know what they were talking about, and were willing to openly share their knowledge. In addition, I felt like one of the dumber ones in the room while they too felt like they weren’t as good. Amazing.

There's a quote that says something along the lines of: people don't leave bad jobs, they leave bad bosses.

My boss has been very supportive and trained me alot to where I am now. This includings including me in meetings and the decision making process when I don't act have to be involved so that I can learn and get a better picture of how the company operates.
