It seems like they are missing most of my cashbacks. When i file for missing cashback, they will give a super generic answer and reject the appeals. It happened to quite a number of appeals already.
Looks like they are earning the affiliation commission and not passing it down to the consumers.

Agree. expeienced a few time already.all the reply are bluffing with generic reply or totally ignored our complaint eventhough i submitted proof of receipt and screenshot of pending cashback which was supposed to be redeemable on the next purchase. (two issues - missing cashback for the purchase and previous pending cashback was not become redeemable)

Agreed. Its happened on me.. I filed the missing cashback since Apr2022 until today there is no clear answer from ShopBack. They're reluctant to respond or generic feedback after multiple follow-ups and keep mentioning awaiting their partner's response on the investigation. Kinda disappointed about shopback service !!!
