Anyone facing problem with the OneToken on OCBC app/IB, especially on the iOS platform?

Have been struggling with OneToken on OCBC app/IB for the past few days.

Yes there was/is an issue with the app on the iOS platform.
Called a few days earlier.

They recommended to either reinstall the app or to use other platforms like laptop/desktop with Firefox browser. Seems like Chrome has issues too. Not sure if the issue is completely resolved.
