The duration from successful application through singsaver and approval from bank to rewards collection is max 90 days. Fair enough, it's covid season and applications take time. It's close to 90 days and I message them and they tell me it may still be under processing. After the 90 days is up they tell me it has been verified and will be fulfilled. A minute later, they say it's rejected and I need to check with the bank because it why it got rejected is confidential to the bank. Wtf?

I did not even receive any email and was told my gift was forfeited. Nevertheless I call the bank to "suspend" my card.

Awful experience. Dishonest promotions with a lot of fine print to trip you up. Each time, the email comes back with a different excuse for not giving the reward. Don't bother!
