I seem to encounter a string of issues starting with wrong advise on period validity, wrong advise to purchase double cover, incorrect claim rejection, incorrect claim calculation, incorrect amount reimbursed??

Wealth Manager at Aviva Financial Advisers
Hi there. I have not had any travel insurance claim issues with my clients who bought from Aviva. The stories I've heard where there were problems usually are of those who were not able to furnish proof in terms of receipts or extent of damage, loss, etc. In such cases even other insurers will not be able to process these claims in a straightforward manner.
