Reebelo Singapore's warranty hasn't been honoured. I submitted a repair request 10 days BEFORE the expiry of warranty, and initially it seems normal and they are still responsive. It started to get weird after a few days and first they said that my device was still signed into icloud (not sure how they can know this in the first place) and then they asked for screenshots of device's page. After sending the screenshots 4 times showing that device had already been erased and signed out of iCloud and ready for return, they still won't send the return label. This keeps dragging until the warranty end date. Immediately after that, they just stop replying Right on the dot and even after I asked for update, they remain silent. There is no way to contact them other than the support email . What's really strange is when the whole process gets weird, I noted that when they reply asking me to send screenshots (again), it always doesn't reflect my reply showing that screenshots had already been sent. I would understand if it's just a one time miss, but it happened consecutively 3 times. I asked them why is that so and again sent them screenshots showing that the device had been erased and removed from iCloud, and pictures showing I had already replied, that's when they stop responding. I'm now Left stranded with an erased device (why make me go through all the trouble in the first place) not knowing if they are going to reply and now wondering if i'm better off spending money to repair it somewhere else instead spending time and effort expecting them to honor their warranty. 😡

While Reebelo is a platform, the phones themselves are sold by third-party vendors on their site. Anyway, Reebelo can be a good option to buy a refurbished phone, especially if you're on a budget and comfortable with a pre-owned device. Just be sure to do your research on the specific phone you're interested in and the seller's reputation before you buy.

I recently purchased a conference mic from Reebelo. Upon receipt of a fully sealed box, I discovered that one of the rubber feet was missing. I returned it and it took more than the promised time for them to respond and advice for return. I was asking for a refund as stated on their site but received an email stating it would be a replacement with a message that it's a sealed package. I responded that the same sealed package was received the first time with a defect. The sender, Nicholas, stated "I understand your frustration, but do rest assure that this replacement is definitely unopened and to be honest, it doesn't make any sense if we cheat u because of $74. Anyway we will ship over using the express shipper for you. 😊"
Why use the word cheat as if I was implying that they were out to cheat me. He cemented the loss of this customer with the next progression:
Me: I never mentioned that Reebelo was trying to cheat me. Your tone set the scene that I implied that. That's why I mentioned loss. You lost me. Not Reebelo
Reebelo (Nicholas): I am not here to argue or be keyboard warrior with you. I am only here to solve your issue for u. I respect u so i expect u give me the same type of mutual respect
So using that that put me in a way as if I implied they were trying to cheat me was respectful. I didn't feel that way. Anyway. Definitely would never buy from them again.
