Anyone asked for a refund after attending fifthperson's investment quadrant course?

Hi I bought a Dividend Machines Course by the Fifth Person last year, and I find myself not using it that often and would like to sell it out at a lower price now. You would be able to change the email address and the password associated with it. I am selling it for SGD500 (negotiable), the retail price is SGD688 (see the link below).
