Anybody on Etiqa's term life insurance? Is etiqa reliable? Any problems with claims?

Don't ever buy life insurance from this company, cheating on premium and Devident payments which revised reduced to 1. 2 percent as per 2021 till now 2023 and no intention of increasing it although bank interest has risen to more than 3 percent

The staffs in Singapore are very dishonest. If they need to make claims for more than 2000 or its 2 claims they need to make claims payable they drag my claims and then dump into their henchmen united alliance that makes its living by serving insurance companies. So I wrote to mas a complaint on etiqa collecting prefof both home and general insurances but not paying out claims.only then I got call from their female staff vivan who called me at my office hours didn't even bother to ask if I have time to talk to me and didnt identify herself and shouted at me in spite when I refuse to submit to her demands to see her loss adjuster who she suddenly said is etiqa partner which was never mentioned to me when I bought policies from them.Not credible when comes to paying out claim even lied I didn't submit my claims in time to deny claims till I replied them with email evidences
