Just wondering if you do it and why? And if you don't, why not? Just thinking coz I've been reading up on CPF and weighing the pros and cons.

Salaryman at Random Company
Hi Anon,
ā
Yes I did. And like many here, the reason for doing so is maximise the +1% interest that I would not have gotten. This transferring allowed me to maximise the interest approximately 18 months earlier as compared to if I did not transfer.

Yes I did. That's because I have already purchased my house, and I'm working in a job where my company pays CPF for my commision as well which increases my OA substaintially. So it's comfortable for me to transfer 10-20k every couple of years from OA to SA. :)

No, I did not make the transfer. Using OA up to allowable limit for investment purpose. SA pretty restrictive in its uses.
