It really depends on what you want this pool of money to do for you..
Income portfolios are designed to be lower in risk and endowus have guided the estimated payouts/ appreciation for the respective portfolios (see picture attached). Income portfolios pay dividends, so its good if you already have a sizeable capital at hand (collect some pocket money each month). If your initial capital is small, the dividends are going to be very little (e.g. $10k Capital, 5% payout = $500/yr - $41.67/mth)
Since you mentioned you are able to take on more risk the 100% equities portfolio might be more suitable, as long as you can stomach the volatility along the way. If you can't decide you can always choose to create more than one portfolio and split the allocation based on your different investment goals and respective risk tolerance (e.g. retirement-high, child education-moderate, housing-low/moderate, etc)

If you have longer runway then it's good to go all into Equities for growth. That said, no harm getting your hands in some bond funds for the experience. Opportunity cost tho.
