Any tax forms (W-8BEN) I need to apply for US Market trading?

Hi guys,

I opened a Saxo account and investing on US Stocks (no dividend). Mainly high growth stocks such as Tesla , Nio and etc.

In this case, Do I still need to fill up any tax document?
Because all I did was register via Singpass.

So I am worried if i might get fined or something.

Your broker should prompt you to fill up the W-8Ben once you indicated that you'll be trading in US markets. But if you have not, it would be best to clarify directly with their customer service!
