What are the best platforms for me to buy into bluechip stocks? Can I use CPFOA or SA? Does it have to be CPF IS?

First, you would need a CPF agent bank to hold your stocks in custody.
ask your broker to link broker account to CPFIS account.
when you login to your stock broker platform, they will show you which stocks can be purchased by CPF. an example of my platform here in red arrow.
eg of stocks which can use CPF: singtel, 3 banks, YZJ, mapletree family reits, capitaland family reits, keppel.
also remember to select "CPF" when you purchase or sell the stock.
hope this helps.

Hi anon,
You will first need to open a CPF OA investment account (IA) with any of the local banks.
Once that is done, you will need to find a broker with access to the SG market (which is pretty much any broker in SG) to open a trading account.
Next, you'll need to link your CPF OA IA to your trading account, and then you can start to buy. Do note that only 35% of your investible CPF OA monies can be used to buy shares, and each transaction will be impacted by brokerage, SGX fees, GST and fees charged by the bank.
OCBC charges: https://www.ocbc.com/assets/pdf/investment/cpfi...
UOB charges:

DBS charges:

Ensure that you select 'CPF OA' as the fund source before you purchase, or else you will end up settling in cash. Not all shares can be bought with OA monies.
Lastly, CPF SA cannot be used to buy shares.
You are free to buy from any platform that you open. There's no restriction on that.
