High, if You ask that question, I feel, inside Yourself, You already know the answer to important topics, like honesty, trust, diligence, team work.
These mostly USA "improve yourself" books rarely are of help, sorry, I feel, when we already know our 'deep' values. The problem is often to not let our emotions run, when not appropriate.
