I buy their travel (when travel was possible), cancer, car and home insurance - suffice to say i'm a big fan. I think they are one of the cheapest insurance around, the least hassle to sign up (everything is 100% online), and you can easily check your policies online or in your email. For most insurance needs, this is the future. I dont think a mobile app will help, because it's not something you access weekly.

Luckily, i dont have to claim anything yet except for that one thing my luggage got damaged. Claim process was fast, their email replies were super fast, and again, everything is 100% online without needing to talk to another human.
