Any good credit cards for earning miles with SimplyGo? And does certain card terms & conditions still apply? For example, DBS Altitude Card requires $5 local spend for 3 DBS points...etc?

Can anyone recommend a credit card to use for SimplyGo so that I can maximise the benefits?

SimplyGo is not a "special" category to earn miles so any miles earning cards will do.
