Any good choices for an affordable fixed desk coworking space?

Currently, the cheapest fixed desk I've found is The Workshop (AMK location). However, be aware that their AMK location is about 8 bus stops from Ang Mo Kio MRT station, so it’s not the most conveniently located office.

The next cheapest fixed desk option is Workcentral ($500/month, or $400/month per pax for team seating/private offices). Workcentral is located at Dhoby Ghaut MRT, is likely going to be significantly more convenient for coworking users.
