Any cheap SIM-Only plan without using credit / debit card?

There are cheap ($10 or less) SIM-Only plan (e.g. Circles Life $5 Plan, redONE Amazing 8, TPG) but they only offer using credit / debit card as payment.

So, are there any cheap SIM-Only plan that offer more options (e.g. Online payment, AXS machine or even topup to their own Telecom account)?

One of the reason is that there will be one less business vendor that store your credit / debit card information, which means lesser chances for financial information to be stolen, that may result in loss of money.
