Always think back on why you join the company.

the good part about Being in a start up gives you access to the business where big MNCs won't be able to.

your exposure might be a lot more comparing to a more structured background.

if the environment Isn't toxic, hang in there for a couple of years to learn what you can before you start to lookout. :)

Working in a startup is kind of being in the situation above. You tend to stay in the valley of disappointment for a prolonged period of time. The effort we put in is high, but the results are not linear until it reaches a stage of exponential growth. You need to map out your trajectory in the start-up and see if there is potential. If you believe in the start-up goal, the growth will come much later. If you do not and want linear growth, the chart will tend to be a mirror from my experience.
