One of the most notable thing he mentioned in this article was " "I only have two eyes, right, so how many screens can I look at?"
So basically, he just has a laptop and a monitor. I think if the guy who can get the largest hedge fund returns doesn't require a complicated setup, one shouldn't spend so much money investing in one.

Macbook Pro and two 27" monitors with apple keyboard and mouse is good enough for me....

I had a chance to talk to a US trader and he shared that they normally used 3 screens. 1 for active stocks that he is monitoring, 1 for potential stocks/watch list and 1 for orders + news.
He has 1 dedicated keyboard just to make order swiftly. He told me that they usually watch his active screen and listen to the news only. He can make orders without looking at the order screens, everything is hotkey.
