S$179.85 (incl. of 9% GST) waived for the first year for the American Express® Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer Credit Card, what about after that? does anyone successfully request annual fees for subsequent year?

I think kf card hard to get waiver after 1st year

Nope, unless high spending per year. Amex is known for tough/impossible to waive fees.
