You are not wrong. This is what I call the effect of living in an affluent developed city state where success is marketed as having more. Maybe this article may give you some insights and direction in finding contentment and feeling peace at what you already have instead of fearing about what is lacking. It takes a lot of strength to swim against the current set by the majority here, the constant bombardment of what one should do to make it. But I personally believe that there is enough for everybody at the table.
Maybe the pressure you feel to work is related to your sense of purpose or lack of interest in the career. Maybe it's a sign to do an inventory of your skills and interests, talk to some mentors, and get some advice. WSG Career Coach services is quite good. It's free of charge for Singaporeans. So maybe you can talk to someone and spark some ideas.
Hope this helps!

I am sure is burnt out... Go for a break with your spouse. Visit the neighbouring countries and recharge yourself. Have a hearty talk with your spouse and what you guys as a couple are looking for... family goals and achievements besides working, thinking of a retirement plan and accumulating more spare cash.
