Am I eligible for CDC vouchers if I've been jobless for more than a month?

To qualify for CDC, you need to be a Singapore citizen, above the age of 21, who meets the following criteria:

FY2020 Assessable Income does not exceed $28,000.
Annual Value (AV) of residence (as reflected on NRIC) as of 31 December 2020 is less than $21,000.
Own only one property.

You can try to see if you are eligible for the Covid-19 Recovery Grant, which one of the criteria is retrenchment or termination of employment. If you can ask your employer to produce a letter saying that you are terminated then I believe you may be eligible for the grant.
