AM i able to transfer my stock in CDP account to moomoo to sell?

Assuming this is SGX stocks, yes you can. moomoo will be custodian of your shares. it's different from CDP-linked (which moomoo at time of writing can't).

My Dad has existing Singtel discounted shares. Can I transfer the shares in CDP to moomoo to sell as his brokerage account was closed due to inactive?

Check the fees involved and don't forget about currency exchange if necessary

Save the hassle. SGX-CDP charges a transfer fee of $10 (plus GST) per security....
