Allocation of Parenthood Tax Rebate

How do one couple decide the allocation of parenthood tax relief? Is it necessary to break down to each spouse's annual income & each component of tax relief, and compare? Or does anyone has a simple magic formula? TIA!

I will use more the parenthood tax relief as my wife has working mum relief which reduces her tax significantly.
