We need more information about you in order to determine which plan is worth your dollar. Some of the factors for consideration include:
Scope of coverage
Ability to choose ward
Ability to choose hospital
Claim Limit
For instance, AIA HealthShield Gold Max B Lite has an annual claim limit of $300,000 per policy year. On the other hand, AIA HealthShield Gold Max Plan A has more than triple this claim limit. Now the key question from this will be, "Is $300,000 sufficient for medical needs?"
Generally, I prefer to own the best plan that I can afford. This is because I won't know the complications associated with my treatment (when the need arise). And I don't want a lifetime regret because I choose to save on premium that I can afford to pay.
I share quality content on estate planning and financial planning here.

Could you elaborate what do you mean by "more worth"?
In fact, the first question is whether you want to go for public A, B, or C, or private hospital?
2nd question would be, is the premiums affordable now for you to make the choice?
3rd Question is should you choose private, would you be willing to downgrade later? (coz upgrade is difficult, downgrade is smooth, and can help reduce cost).
My suggestion is at least choose public A ward at your age because the premiums are really not a lot
