After you build up more money, that incentive of going to work to fix a problem (lack of money) flies out the window. What are your thoughts on this?

Rather than looking at a problem to fix, I believe it should be a perspective of what can I do better or more with more money. How can I help others if I had more resources etc.
Then it becomes an ongoing motivation to go to work to get more resources, rather than money itself.
