Advice on starting a new investment ? REITs, ETFs or SGS bond?

I'm fairly new to investments. I've only been investing in stashaway and dont plan on putting anymore money in it. I would like to start investing in reits, etfs or sgs bond. I'm not sure which would be more suitable and what platform should I invest it in? kristal.ai, DBS, etc etc. I have a medium risk appetite and would like to invest in it for about 5-10 years. Any advice would be appreciated, thanks

I would say study one asset class better and understand what it really is before diving into it if you want to manage it on your own.

So pick one:

  • REITs

  • ETFs

  • Stocks (Dividends or Growth)

  • Bonds

Each of the above are very different creatures!

If not another way around this would be to invest via a robo advisor for the ETF/Bonds portion, which is what I do personally as well. You can consider that!

You can use FSM for reits and Sg bonds, dont expect Rsp but you can manually buy reits.
