According to the article in 2015 for SSB, it is stated that there will be tranches issued every month for at least the next five years, what are the chances that the govt will stop SSB in 2020?

Depends if the govt is still PAP. Most likely the PAP will continue SSBs. Good for savers, retailers, senior citizens.

Opposition might have different ideas.
