He invited others in my social clique except me though.

I usually return the flavour accordingly. Lol I do take revenge on people.

But basic courtesy wise, if you are inviting a whole clique/dept colleagued/etc., you must invite everyone including those who wrong you. It is important to be the 'bigger person' in general social setting. So if you like to be dipomatic and a good person, you should invite everyone including the assholes.
