90's kid trying to keep up with life. I'm hitting a road block in terms of career choice, I don't know what i should pursue after my contract ends. Feeling troubled...

Obvious the end goal is to have a life where one does not need to worry about money

and work backwards on the steps to see how others achieve it

and then look at what they are doing after achieving financial independence

​

you can chase money in a role that you dont like

​

or chase freedom in a role that pay less but offer more free time or movement

I am not sure if you are feeling troubled because buying things you want in life is not bringing you the kind of happiness and high you used to get...only you can answer that.
