I put $9k into SRS and invested into SSB last year at 3%. Is it worth it to take it out with penalty and reinvest the cash or just leave it there? Or reinvest into endowus?

My question is why withdraw from SRS and use the money for investment when you can also invest SRS although there are some limitations? If you are able to invest in the same product with SRS, then there is no need to withdraw from SRS.

No regrets for SRS. Please do proper planning for those SRS funds for your longer term returns so that you can earn subsequent compounding returns when you withdraw it in the later years. There are so many options for SRS by investing in Robo investing if you do not want to monitor it for longer term. Otherwise you can invest on your own to the Index funds or stable growth SG companies. It is all about your planning for those funds in the longer term.
