Tokenize Exchange Liquidator Updates on 25 May 2026

At the end of my previous blog post titled "Tokenize Exchange Liquidator Updates on 21 April 2026" posted on 8 May 2026 (the date of SUM 1049 hearing), I mentioned to expect an email update from the Liquidators soon. The email update only came yesterday (25 May 2026) at 9:38am:

The email update stated that the Court had granted the remuneration to the Liquidators for fees incurred from 30 September 2025 to 13 February 2026 (the Assessment Period), amounting to SGD 1,082,715.61 and USD 22,885.00.

Compared with the amount applied by the Liquidators in their email update on 6 April 2026 (refer to the post Tokenize Exchange Liquidator Updates on 6 and 17 April 2026), which was SGD 1,231,868.97 and USD 22,885.00, there was a reduction in SGD 149,153.36, approximately 12.1% reduction.

The email update also stated that the Court made no determination on the Indemnity issue, which refers to the requirement to sign the NDA and pay SGD500 in order to access the Liquidators' information (refer to the post Tokenize Exchange Liquidator Updates on 30 March 2026).
