After a 2-month break since the last Tokenize Exchange Liquidator Updates on 25 May 2026, I received an email update from the Liquidators at 5:24pm on 24 July 2026:

It simply mentioned that the hearing for CWU 123, which is an application by the Liquidators to liquidate TKX Holding (TKXH), was done on 24 July 2026. The Judge granted the following orders:

• TKXH be wound up
• KordaMentha (ATPL Liquidators) be the Liquidators for TKXH (TKXH Liquidators)
• TKXH Liquidators to appoint solicitors on behalf of TKXH
• Legal fees to be assessed and paid to ATPL out of TKXH assets

The Liquidators' email update ended with a statement that they will take necessary actions in winding up TKXH.
