There was an email update from KordaMentha (the Liquidators) sent at 5:30pm on 21 April 2026:

This email update simply informed the Creditors that the Liquidators had filed the necessary documents to the Court according to the timeline spelled out in their email update dated 6 April 2026 (refer to the blog post Tokenize Exchange Liquidator Updates on 6 and 17 April 2026 for details).

The hearing for SUM 1049 was set on 8 May 2026 10am, which was this morning. I would expect an email update from the Liquidators soon.
