In the last 2 days of October 2025, KordaMentha sent an email update on each day as the liquidators of AmazingTech Ptd Ltd (ATPL).

In summary, the Liquidators filed an application (SUM 3174) for the following 2 main orders:

• The liquidators are authorized to credit the payments received in the course of liquidation into a Special Bank Account
• The liquidators are authorized to make payments out of the Special Bank Account

No further action is required from the creditors unless the latter wish to take a support or reject position in respect of SUM 3174.

Any creditors who wish to object to SUM 3174 will need to file and serve their reply affidavit by 5 November 2025 4pm, to file and serve their further reply affidavit by 7 November 2025 4pm, and to file and serve written submissions and accompanying bundle of authorities by 11 November 4pm.

The above proposed timelines in SUM3174 are approved by the Court. The hearing of SUM 3174 is scheduled to be on 13 November 2025 at 10am.
