Today (24 November 2025) 5:29pm received an email update from the Liquidators:

In this email update, the Liquidators simply informed us that they had filed their written submissions and accompanying bundle of authorities in SUM 3231 by 24 November 2025 4pm in accordance with the Court directions on submission timeline.
