Tokenize Exchange Liquidator Update on 2 December 2025

Today (2 December 2025) 6:18pm received an email update from the Liquidators:

Refer to the notices dated 5 November 2025 and 24 November 2025:

• Tokenize Exchange Liquidator Update on 24 November 2025

The first notice was about the Liquidators applied to the Court in SUM 3231 for the approval of the fees and disbursements incurred during the period where they were the Interim Judicial Managers. The total sum was SGD444,772.19 and USD8,208.00.

The second notice just informed us that the Liquidators had submitted all the necessary documents in accordance with the Court directions on submission timeline.

The hearing for SUM 3231 was fixed on 1 December 2025 10am.

Today's notice informed us that the Judge had granted the Liquidators' application for the approval of the above sum, which would be paid out of Tokenize Exchange' assets.
