Yesterday (17 November 2025) 7:02pm received an email update from the Liquidators:

As mentioned in the previous Liquidator Update (refer to the blog post titled Tokenize Exchange Liquidator Update on 12 November 2025), the hearing for the Application of a Special Bank Account in SUM 3174 was scheduled to be on 13 November 2025 at 10am.

No surprise that the Judge has granted the Liquidators' application for such a special bank account.
