Tokenize Exchange Liquidator Update on 12 November 2025

Yesterday (12 November 2025) 1:48pm received an email update from the Liquidators:

This update simply informed the Creditors that the Liquidators have filed their written submissions and accompanying bundle of authorities in SUM 3174 on 11 November 2025 according to the proposed and approved timeline for Application for Special Bank Account as updated in the notices dated 30 and 31 October 2025 (refer to the blog post Tokenize Exchange Liquidator Update on 30 & 31 October 2025 for details).

According to the timeline, the hearing for SUM 3174 has been fixed on 13 November 2025 at 10am, which had already happened this morning. So I expect to receive another email update on the Court's directions in SUM 3174 later today or tomorrow.
