Today (30 September 2025) at 6:48pm, the Interim Judicial Managers (IJMs) of AmazingTech Ptd Ltd (ATPL) sent an email updating the outcome of the adjourned hearings of the liquidation application CWU 356:

The Court had issued the following orders in CWU 356 (liquidation application):

• The ATPL be wound up
• The IJMs from KordaMentha be appointed as the joint and several liquidators of ATPL

In short, the IJMs managed to fend off the other solicitor Dauntless in applying to be liquidators. This fact can be seen as the sign off in this email to be "Liquidators" instead of "Interim Judicial Managers" in the earlier emails.
