Tokenize Exchange IJMs Update on 29 September 2025

Yesterday (29 September 2025) at 5:40pm, the Interim Judicial Managers (IJMs) of AmazingTech Ptd Ltd sent an email giving an update on the 10am hearings with regards to OA 828 (judicial management) and CWU 356 (liquidation application):

There were a few parties who attended the hearings:

• IJM solicitors Providence Law Asia & Meritus Law
• Class Action solicitor Dauntless Law Chambers
• Other solicitors Eldan Law and JC Law Asia
• Fifteen unrepresented creditors

The Court noted that there were no objections to liquidation. Now that there were several solicitors applying to be liquidators, the central issue became whether or which solicitors should be appointed as joint and several liquidators of Tokenize Exchange.

The Judge adjourned the hearing to 30 September 2025 at 2:30pm where he would issue his decision after hearing from Meritus, Dauntless and Providence.
