The Interim Judicial Managers (IJMs) of AmazingTech Ptd Ltd gave an update on the actions by various legal parties mentioned in my previous blog post Tokenize Exchange IJMs Update on 22 September 2025. The email was received last night (24 September 2025) at 9:12pm:

Basically all the legal parties involved in the liquidation application, namely Providence (IJMs' counsel), Meritus (IJM application solicitor) and Dauntless (outside IJM solicitor), had submitted their respective legal documents, including Written Submissions, Bundle of Documents and Bundle of Authorities, on 24 September 2025.

The momentum is ongoing leading to the liquidation hearing on 29 September 2025.
