Tokenize Exchange IJMs Update on 22 September 2025

Today (22 September 2025) at 7:43pm received another email from the Interim Judicial Managers (IJMs) of AmazingTech Ptd Ltd, the operator of Tokenize Exchange:

This email basically chronicled the actions from various parties:

• On 19 September 2025, Dauntless Law Chambers, the solicitors for parties outside OA 828 (the IJM application), filed the 1st affidavit in CWU 356 (the liquidation application)
• On 22 September 2025, Meritus Law, the solicitors for applicants in OA 828, filed the first reply affidavit in CWU 356
• On 22 September 2025, Providence Law Asia, the IJMs' counsel in CWU 356, filed the second reply affidavit in CWU 356

Creditors can apply to attend the hearing of CWU 356 fixed for 29 September 2025 at 10am by serving a Notice of Intention on the IJMs by tomorrow (23 September 2025).

I would like to attend for the experience, but too bad I would be flying off to China on the same morning 8am flight.
