Today (18 September 2025) at 8:06pm received another email from the Interim Judicial Managers (IJMs) of AmazingTech Ptd Ltd, the operator of Tokenize Exchange:

This is a follow-up email updating the status of Dauntless Law Chambers described in my blog post Tokenize Exchange IJMs Update on 17 September 2025 published yesterday.

Basically Dauntless had filed a letter to the Court requesting the timelines for the Applications proposed by IJMs' counsel be revised. The Court didn't approve Dauntless requested timelines, but stayed with IJMs' proposed timelines.

So the IJM and liquidation hearings will proceed on 29 September 2025 at 10am (refer to my blog post Tokenize Exchange IJMs Update on 15 September 2025).
