Tokenize Exchange IJMs Update on 15 September 2025

Today (15 September 2025) at 5:35pm, I received an email from the Interim Judicial Managers (IJMs) of AmazingTech Ptd Ltd, the operator of Tokenize Exchange:

Basically there are 2 hearings scheduled on 29 September 2025 at 10am:

• HC/OA 828/2025: This is the hearing on the original application of whether to place Tokenize Exchange into judicial management;
• CWU/356/2025: This is the hearing for the winding-up application sought by the IJMs seeking to place Tokenize Exchange into liquidation.

As described in my earlier blog post titled Tokenize Exchange Interim Judicial Managers Update, the IJMs from KordaMentha had concluded that the best course of action was to file for winding up Tokenize Exchange. They did the filing and the Court had granted the hearing on both the original IJM application and the new winding-up application in the same session.

The Court will a decision on the hearings whether to place Tokenize Exchange into judicial management or liquidation. If the Court decides to proceed with liquidation and appoint KordaMentha as liquidators, they will act to maximize recoveries for creditors.

I will wait for the outcome of the hearings.
