This morning (26 July 2025) at 0:27am, Tokenize Exchange sent me an email informing me that I may convert my remaining token balances (known as dust) to their native token TKX. This feature enables their users to consolidate small token amounts that are insufficient to withdraw or trade.
The link to their step-by-step conversion guide is given below: https://tokenize.exchange/faqs/miscellaneous/convert-dust-small-account-balance-to-tkx
This feature might be useful for me that I may try to convert my LUNC (LUNA Classic) and LUNA (LUNA 2.0) coins left behind from the UST Depeg Saga. These coins are of little values and extremely slim chances to recover, so it makes sense to collect such dust (pun intended) into TKX.
TKX has lost quite a fair bit from its ATH at about SGD69 level to about SGD17 level as of 26 July 2025, a loss of -75% (see TKXSGD chart below):
TKX is an utility coin and its value is tied to the success or failure in Tokenize Exchange business. While the company is ceasing its operations in Singapore, they are setting up operations in Labuan, a federal territory in Malaysia, and seeking a presence in Abu Dhabi, the capital of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Of course business success is not guaranteed, but at least there is a fighting chance that they might make it, that TKX would have better chance to recover some value than LUNC/LUNA.
So I login to Tokenize Exchange and tried to convert dust to TKX. But, no dust coins were found:
Haha, LUNC/LUNA is not even considered dust. Well, it squashes my wishful thinking. I would have to transfer them to other platform and keeping my fingers crossed that one day I might extract some reasonable values from them. A good try nevertheless.
Looking from the bright side, it means that my other coins are not dust.
