Performance Update

Here is the January 2024 Performance Update:

2024 began with another month of all 5 robo advisors and 3 benchmark indices in the black although the monthly returns were declining since November 2023. This round StashAway portfolio became the best performer among the robo advisors and Syfe dropped to the worst.

In terms of XIRR since inception, Endowus portfolio went above 4%, a near-risk-free floor rate of CPF Special Account (SA), but still below the closest benchmark MSCI World Index, not to mention S&P 500 Index achieved above 7% for the same period.

Key Observations

1. All 5 robo advisors and 3 benchmark indices remained in positive territory in January 2024.
2. Endowus portfolio remained the top performer with XIRR went above 4% since inception among robo advisors.
3. StashAway portfolio took the lead in monthly return in January 2024, while Syfe portfolio was the worst performer.
